Food Co-ordinator

Qualifications:

Food Safety Supervisor, Cert III in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations), Cert II in Health Support Services (Food Support Services)

 

Time @ Co-op:

Eileen commenced working as a Childcare Assistant at Co-op in June 1981.

 

During 1996 she commenced in her present role as Food Co-ordinator.

Co-op encourages healthy eating habits, and provides a nutritional menu for all children, including those with allergies and special diets.

 

Hot, home-cooked meals are provided every day.

 

A salad platter is always served for lunch and fruit is the main component of the morning and afternoon tea.

 

Water is accessible throughout the day and milk is offered with each meal.
